Dr William Spurstowe House was built in 2012 and consists of 5 one-bedroomed bungalows overlooking the garden, 15 one-bedroomed flats and 11 two-bedroomed flats, over 5 floors.

All flats are unfurnished but the charity provides a cooker, fridge, washing machine and carpets. There is lift access to all floors, and a shared garden looked after by the charity’s gardener.

Norris House was built in the 1960s and consists of 10 one-bedroomed flats, and one two-bedroomed flat. 

All flats are unfurnished but the charity provides a cooker, fridge, washing machine, and carpets. There is lift access to all but one top floor flat, and a shared gardens looked after by the charity’s gardener.

Monger House is a historic almshouse building dating back to the 1840s. It consists of 4 large one-bedroomed flats, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.

There is a lovely shared garden at the front of the house.
